How to Sign in to a Physical Teams phone

It is that time of the quarter to reset your password! But now your Teams phone is showing as offline. This guide will show you how you can get signed back in.

  1. Open up a new tab in Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Brave.
  2. Head to microsoft.com/devicelogin and it will prompt you to enter a code,
  3. On your physical phone - tab "Refresh Code,"
  4. Enter the code that appears on the phone into the web browser and click "Next,"

  1. In the next screen it will prompt you to sign-in, use your work email to sign in and authenticate the login,
  2. After you have successfully logged in, click "Continue" and a prompt will appear saying you have logged into your device. You can close the tab after.

  1. Your phone will flash a few times, automatically sign you in, and return to the home screen.
