Troubleshooting Guide for Teams.

Introduction:

Oh no! Teams isn't working and I can't get any message or receive any calls.

The objective of this guide is to get you through some basic steps to resolve common Teams issues. If none of the solutions apply to your situation, please reach out to us at 604-239-2182 or email us at support@cloudcollective.com.

"We're having trouble loading your messages. Try Refreshing"

In this scenario, everything in Teams will disappear and every page may look something similar to this:

When this happens here is what you can do.

  1. Click on your initials near the top right of the Teams window
  2. Click on "Sign Out"
  3. After signing out select your account

  1. Everything should be restored after signing back in!

Sometimes even after following the steps above, you will login and find the exact same error as before. In cases like that all you need to do is close Teams and open it again before re-logging.

  1. Follow Steps 1 and 2 from above
  2. Go down to your taskbar, click on the little up arrow near the time
  3. Select the Teams icon and click "Quit"
  4. After Teams disappears from the taskbar, open it again and sign in
  5. After signing in again, everything should re-appear.
