How to activate your Adobe account

This guide goes through how to activate your new Adobe account for subscription based Adobe product licensing.

  1. You'll receive an email with an invitation from Adobe similar to the one below. Click the "Get Started" button
  2. Fill out the form and make note of the password you set. This will be required to log into Adobe the first time you run it and also after updates are installed to Adobe in the future.
  3. If it asks you for a mobile number, this is optional and used as a secondary password recovery / security measure.
  4. Once complete, you'll be in the document cloud dashboard. You're all done at this point and one of our technicians will assist in installing it for you.
