Sharing files in SharePoint

1. Open your SharePoint site.

2. Hover over your file you wish to add and select the share icon:

3. Add the external user you wish to share the folder with, click continue to allow outside users. You can either send this invitation or copy the link and send to the user:

4. Once you open the link you will get prompt to send code to your email for verification:

5. The code will be sent to your email, add it and you will now have access to the shared documents in SharePoint.
