Sharing files in SharePoint

1. Open your SharePoint site.

2. Hover over your file you wish to add and select the share icon:

3. Add the email of the external user you wish to share the folder with. Before sending or copying the link you can select the gear icon to set additional share settings:

4. From here you can edit setting such as adding a password as shown below:

4. After you set your password and setting click apply. Now you can send the invitation out or copy the link to share.

5. Once you share the folder, the external user will be ask to verify their email.

6. The code will be sent to your email, add it and you will now have access to the shared documents in SharePoint.
