Open Shared Mailbox / User's Mailbox in Outlook on the Web (OWA)

When you need to access another mailbox, you can do so online with Outlook on the Web (OWA)

  1. Go to Outlook and sign in with your work credentials + MFA approval

  1. Once signed in go to the top right corner of Outlook and click your Account Icon. A drop-down menu will appear, and select "Open another Mailbox"
  2. A popup box will appear and enter the mailbox you want to open. Click open after entering the email address.

  1. Good Job! You have opened another mailbox in Outlook on the Web!
