Accessing Quarantined Emails

With the increasing threat of online phishing attempts, more and more emails are getting flagged and quaratined for user protection. This guide will show you how to access quarantined emails, and how to release it back into your mailbox.

Quarantine Email Notification

Whenever an email gets flagged for spam or phishing, the email will be put into quarantine where the user will receive an email alerting them of the quarantined message.

From this email, you can select to "Block Sender", "Release", or "Review".

Reviewing Quarantined Email

By selecting "Review" you will be taken to the web portal of Office where you can view the quarantined email and decide on further actions.
