How to log on
Before Starting
Your account manager should've already sent you a link to this page as well as a .RDP file to connect, please make sure you have this before starting.
Windows
- Save that RDP file to your desktop and double click it to run it
- Log in using the credentials as instructed by your project manager
- NOTE: if you get prompted by any security prompts, click yes or don't remind me again.
Mac
If you're connecting from a Mac computer, follow the instructions in our Mac Remote Desktop guide
Testing Tips
- Check that all the applications required to do your work are installed
- Check that all your data is present
- Sometimes your files might not be migrated till your go-live date but your project manager will let you know in advance what should be there
- Try your apps and make sure the functionality you need is working
