Outlook Mobile Sync Fix

It's always suggested to use the Outlook Mobile App to manage work emails for best use.

To repair sync issue with calendar entries or emails for Outlook Mobile:

1. Open Outlook app and select the icon at the top right:

2. Select the gear icon at the bottom to open settings:

3. Select the account under Emails & Accounts you wish to fix the sync issue for:

4. At the bottom click Reset Account to fix any sync issues:

5. If this step does not fix your issue, next step is to Delete Account and Re add. It's also suggested to restart your phone to refresh the app.

If using default mobile mail app:

1. You can fix sync by removing the account and re adding or you might need to re-enter your password.

2. On your phone go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and delete or re-enter your password if needed. Test after complete.

3. For Calendar sync issues you can try going to Settings > Calendar > Tap Sync.
